Yesterday was an utter washout, though Carole and I did brave the local Odeon to watch the latest Daniel Craig Bond film (won’t be doing that again)
Today, morning spent in the garden; weeding and planting out 6 new asters, 6 new Echinops and around 100 new Allium bulbs.
Popped out this afternoon to the garden centre for a few bits n bobs and caught this rainbow on the way home, after braving a storm running to my car from the shop
@kjarn 2 out of the 3; the film was absolutely superb, highly recommended. We’d booked seats online and in getting into the cinema they didn’t exist; literally they were not installed. Staff dumped us in 2 other seats that we didn’t think were that great. As film was just starting, the lady said to speak further to her at end of film - when we came out, absolutely no staff present to talk to. With regard the audience, we were only people wearing masks. We will not be going again for a very very long time (and funny old thing, zero response to my complaints)
