Not a fabulous photo, but the only one I took today-- or rather a crop thereof.
I snapped this quickly from the passenger seat of a pulled over vehicle while Chris finished up a brief phone call.
I thought the evening sky looked a pretty colour (a bit lighter and with more of a purple tint than showed up in the photo) and wondered if it would photograph well. I had a 300mm lens on and didn't bother to change it, and I ended up being impressed with the amount of texture/detail of the moon's surface that it managed to capture.
