Apple Dumplings Fresh from the Oven

It's Apple Dumpling Day, so I made some dumplings for dessert! Just a shortcut version made with refrigerated crescent dough. I also did a vanilla sauce rather than the butterscotch I'm used to going with apple dumplings, but they went over well.
