Since it's Pierogi Day, I seized the opportunity to do pierogi for supper! The original plan was to make them from scratch, but since I'm still struggling through some medical stuff, Chris picked up a bag of frozen ones on his way home from work and I gratefully took the shortcut this time around!
@bkbinthecity I like them lots of ways, but I think with sour cream is Christopher's favourite (he's big on sauces). Do you eat yours without sauce, or with something different?
