Not quite sure that we were quite ready for the "alternative route" that google maps took us on for our return into Italy, but it was fantastic and dramatic and we made it in one piece! this is actually a fish eye view so you can imagine how big that peak was!

The drive over the Sustenpass is wonderfull, glad you took this alternative route. Just if you wonder, this is little Steinsee (Stonelake). It's a place we often go for mountain hikes.
