What a surprise to find this is out in the bush as I hurtled down a narrow walking path on my mountain bike! Its quite tall too, around 1m unlike most native orchids in the area which are very small.

It’s beautiful! Orchids growing in the wild are amazing to me. We nurture and beg and plead and build special heated greenhouses for our’s Not me of course, but so many people here devote themselves to their orchids.
