I capture this fungus ( Coprinus comatus) , the last tree days near my house in a public garden . Live and let die in 72 hours

Wow. This is exciting, To have the full life cycle of a fungus and to have it take such different shapes. I tell you, Pyrrhula, you are a mycologist at heart! And you know what they say, it's never too late to learn. I hope that is true for me! Lovely collage!

Fascinating shots of a single fungus! It changes and looks quite different from one stage of its life cycle to another. Thank you for showing us! Very cool and amazing collage. I've never seen it like this, especially the way it looks in the lower right and lower middle shots. It looks as if it's turning into ink!
