St. Lievesmonster toren .Anno 1454-1506

Sint Lievemonstertower Zierikzee Holland. Build between 1454 -1506. Intended to be 130 mtrs high but never came so far. They stopped by 56 mtrs. ( 1 mtr = 3 1/3 foot ) The original church to this tower is destroyed by fire It takes 279 steps to climb this tower .
What a great collage! I like that you captured this from different views.

Even though they did not build it up to its intended height, that is still a very impressive structure! I think the architecture is striking and beautiful. Awesome collage. Glad to see you're back!

So they stopped building when still 1/3 of the way up. It would have been a monster if they kept topping the place to that hight. Lovely collage and great perspectives. Great info too.
