Soil ... clay

The soil of this part of the country is very fertile , It`s clay. The worse part it`s difficult to explore . This is how it looks like after a shower.You barely can walk on it ( It takes me an hour to clean my shoes after taken this pic )

I agree with Margaret - Your landscape is so flat! So very different from what we have in the northeastern part of the US. I spent some time on my uncle's farm in Canada. Everything was red clay! I remember all my clothes and shoes being orangy-red all the time!
