This time of year we can find this mustard flower fields blooming in the country . To morrow I show and tell you why this grow now and what they do with it.

Lovely mustard flowers, particularly in close-up. I now know what happens to them(green manuring) so I am wondering if you produce any mustard in Holland?

@quietpurplehaze How much do you want ? Made by big factories and very small ones ( Local ) Even windmills do.

@quietpurplehaze . Yes, for mustard they use an other kind/specie/type of mustard plant and they grow an other time of year.
