We have clay here , too, Ferry. They used to used it to make house bricks - the bricks from this village were famous (now disused, no more economical clay!)

@ivan Our bricks are mainly made of river clay . That`s a different type of clay . No many factories left too for economical reasons. And because they don`t use as many bricks to day as they did in the past.
