(An older pic.) I took this pic. of an old farm in May and later I`ve met the old retired farmer. He told me this was the oldest farm and farmhouse of the island . I believe he said build in 1840. I `ve no reasons to doubt this. The roof of the barn is covert with reed. (Thatched roof) Often used in our country.
