On request of several followers : the whole Bottle brush plant blooming. I`ve it 5 years by now. 5 years of watering each day , trimming each year, and store it for not to be frozen in a room for the winter.
On the floor the herbs (6) from my wife for cookings.
Wow! When I saw the picture of the bottle brush plant from a few days ago, I would not have guessed it would look like this! Look at all the bright, red flowers!
You certainly are devoted to it. It's quite stunning, really. The blooms are so unique. The herbs look so healthy. You and your wife have very green thumbs.
Terrific capture of your bottlebrush. Great to see on of our native plants growing well in a cold climate country! I'll post a photo of mine in the front yard when spring arrives :)
What a beautiful display. Its really flourishing under your care. I would never have imagined it would survive in such a small pot as our one in the garden is huge and very unruly. I will post a picture when it flowers
This is a marvelous achievement! It must give you great joy to be rewarded with these blooms each year. Beautiful side by side images. May I ask what you planted at its base?
