A barge

This are two barges and a tug boat , bind together in the channel.
Shipping by water is transportation at the lowest cost a ton a mile/km.

That is a very long boat......lovely clouds too. We have just got back to Cornwall from a trip to London, there are a lot of barges and tugs on the Thames too.

Beautiful, Pyrrhula. I have seen them going along the Danube. Pity the storm ruined your carnival celebrations. I am not a keen person to go watch the defile but the weather this year was wonderful.
