The sugar beets are ready to beharvest. They waith for a call of the factory.
In 1900 there where 33 factories in our country. There are two left by now.

We used to live near a sugar beet factor so they hold no romance for me! I rememer that horrible distinctive smell.....

I guess the factory contacts each farmer when they are ready to process his crop so that they don't have a back log. Have a great weekend too :)

Interesting. Now is less factories for sugar, but I think that is more feelds of flowers.
