Wild flowers

Hague winds (Convolvulus sepium, synonym: Calystegia sepium) is a solid plant belonging to the wind family (Convolvulaceae). In the Netherlands, the hedgewind is also called a pint (pispotje) of the shape of the flower. Another name is Lievevrouweglazeke.

Leuke opname. Ken het als haagwinde (hedge bindweed) en als pispotje maar niet als Lievevrouweglazeke (is dat Zeeuws?)

Cool image. I have lots of this in my garden. Can be a bit of a pest despite the lovely flowers.

We used to call these ,"Granny pop out of bed" when we were children because if you squeezed the green base the white flower popped out! Lovely photo.
