Ready to pick up.

Onions. Ready to pick up and collect .
It look a lot but this year the harvest of onions is modarate. To hot, to dry. The numbers is o.k. but the sizes is small by the less of rain/water.

A great pov with all the tidy rows emerging in the distance . The heat and drought will cause the same problems for many fruit and vegetable growers this year I am afraid !

That's an amazing sight. To see all the onions, yet no green or brown foliage. Again I like the sight of the rows and the house at the end of the line.

I wish I could reach into the screen and pick out a couple of onions, it would save me a trip to the supermarket to buy some. I forgot to get them yesterday when I did the shopping.

It is interesting to see this on a large scale. It seems the crops at the Farmer's Market are in a similar state this year. It was a cold Spring and a wet summer so the bounty is not as plentiful as it usually is. Good shot!

An amazing sight to see with those never-ending lines of onions. Very good onions are grown in Malta notwithstanding the lack of rain. I used to grow some in my garden years ago.

Great...amazing number!

Lovely pov and lines. We have had crop failures over here with the weather conditions were so dry. The heather this year was a failure with very little show and not lasting long, it’s now more or less gone and usually it’s showing for another week or so before going back over.

So neat and tidy! That looks like back breaking work unless there is some sort of scooper for all of these onions! :)
