@glimpses You`re very welcome. @onewing Found this on internet:
Although the cap of young mushrooms' mushrooms is excellent edible (2.11), it must be prepared immediately as collected fungi begin to flow within a few hours (1.3). The plates of fruiting bodies intended for consumption must still have a white color (1.10) and the scales of the hat must be removed (1.10). The stem can have a fibrous structure and is therefore less tasty (3.4). Care should be taken when collecting, because ink fungi can accumulate heavy metals in high concentrations (16). It is therefore better not to harvest mushrooms from roadsides, garbage dumps or dumps (4). The fruiting bodies contain interesting plant substances, such as polysaccharides with a different chemical structure (8), compounds that can inhibit prostate cancer growth (7, 17) and substances that can lower blood pressure or blood glucose levels (15). Traces of the scaly ink fungus can cause contact allergy and skin eczema in people who are sensitive to it (9). In China and other Asian countries (Taiwan, Philippines) the scaled ink fungus is cultivated for human consumption (12.15), but cultivation has been stopped in the Netherlands and Germany.
This is a neat shot. I like the fact that ;you included a bit of the surrounding woods. I see there is moss on one side of a tree. I also like that you've told us something about the safety and value of mushroom for food.
