As too why our hibiscus blooms at this time of year is we have a potted hibiscus tree growing in the summer outdoors and every late Autumn we bring the potted tree into the warmth of our house. It is in our living room in front of our Bay window where it gets sunshine when its sunny outside and /or central heat. come early summer, the potted tree goes back outside for another time. we're doing this already for 7 years.
