on my walk the other day with Jinks at Knowle Park
Early-in-the-day moments of happiness today:
a) feeling well prepared for German group this p.m.
b) good T'ai Chi practice this morning - I have bipolar disorder and T'ai Chi is one of my various strategies for keeping well since I personally found out my diagnosis more than 30 years after my first episode of illness.
Beautiful down the lane shot - walking in the fresh air also has much effect on our well being Hazel -I'm sure you find this is so ! We all have our own crosses to bear but we have to do the best of what we've got -Keep strong my friend x
Thanks Darren - unfortunately I would be too self-conscious to do T'ai Chi in the park! But it's OK in the living room!!! And the walk is tranquil, yes.
Thank you, Ivan. I have a whole chart of do's and don'ts to help me beat bipolar which one sufferer called 'the stalking beast' (I think that's quite apt!) The German group is one I lead within Winchester U3A, roughly A level standard, just a group of ladies who share their expertise.
What a great place to walk, must be good for the soul. I think as we get older we get better at developing strategies for coping with what life throws at us!
Patricia, thank you for your generous comments and the fav. In a way, this was a shot waiting to be taken! We are so lucky to have Knowle Park just 5-10 minutes walk from our house.
Thanks for your comment and I so agree with all you say!
Thanks, and yes it does look as if the tree is in the middle of the path - but it isn't! There are other similar views in this park.

Thank you so much Rachel and I'm returning the follow. I have to go to German soon but will catch up with your album later.

Thank you for comments and kind wishes.
Thank you for your comment and I guess we mostly do learn from experience.

(thanks for the frank explaining )
Although we all like sun and blue skies, the clouds are more interesting in a photo?!
Thanks Ferry and well, you know me a bit already!
Thanks for stopping by. Because this park is high up there are some good vistas of paths, trees etc.
Many thanks for your views and comments on my pic, always appreciated.
