@miseria I'm sorry that I don't know for sure. I believe (from cooking with other variegated squashes) they are probably only one color on the inside.

We just drove through the countryside in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and it's amazing how many of the little pumpkins (albeit orange ones) I saw decorating houses up there. Unfortunately I was unable to stop and take photos of the decorations.
