My get pushed partner, Wendy, challenged me to create a picture with bokeh this week. My biggest challenges were two-fold. The first was to find the time to do it. Seems this week was an "I really don't want to take photos" week. The second challenge was to find a place in the house (which is pretty junky at the moment) to take this photo.

Hi Kathy, I hope this won't be too obvious a challenge, but as you are in the US how about a shot that conveys the meaning/significance of Thanksgiving? If that does not suit let me know and I will happily come up with something different :-)
@summerfield I tried this shot in a faster shutter speed. I could not replicate the pose, but the lights were more pinpointed which was pretty. , However, the subject was hardly visible without increasing f-stop and then the source of the lights and the background was too visible. I'll try this again with another light source and subject in the future.
