Glass cobra

52 week challenge - week 22 - phobias

While this is not threatening, I don't like to see snakes and I don't want to touch one. I've lived a long time without touching one. I tend to give them a wide berth if I know one's around.

I'm almost caught up on these challenges. Yeah!

@olivetreeann I had to research cobras on google to get the tongue right. The figurine didn't have a good head or tongue actually. Shivered the entire time I had to look at them.

I really like this - the sharp focus on his head and the out of focus body to me anyway tells of recoiling from your subject but keeping a v wary eye on him!

@mcsiegle Yes. I did it photoshop. I layered a photo of a cobra copied off the internet, and painted the tongue in on a copy of the original. Then I deleted the internet photo. Aren't you impressed? Should I tell you how long it took me to do this? Thanks.
