@jacqbb Thank you. I usually feel better afterward, but not so much during the process. The therapist always finds places that I didn't even know hurt!
@grammyn Thanks Katy. The massage hurt like the dickens yesterday. I need to stretch out some of the muscles between times so they're not in a "ball" to quote the therapist.

@corinnec Thank you. There's an antique-looking lamp with painted glass globes to my right was providing some the warm light. Also one of those salt rock lights on the cabinet in the photo.
