We recently had some landscaping done and the dogwoods that were in the courtyard between this corridor and the sanctuary were removed. (They were dying or dead) I thought hooray, they've planted more dogwoods. But in retrospect, I think it was a branch of blooms brought to "flower" the cross since it was Easter Sunday yestersday. Oh well. I won anyway. I got a nice photo and it seems you all agree with me. @pyrrhula I don't think I've ever smelled a dogwood. I clipped branch today and it's in a vase. I think I'll go smell it when I get off the computer. @farmreporter Sounds like an interesting challenge.I better get it soon. It's getting dark here later and later and the dessert places (I'm craving ice cream, btw) will be closed.

(It's too windy to smell it, you have to be close to it.)
