Thank you one and all for your kind words. This is cotton yarn/thread that is wound on a cardboard tube. I've always like how it crisscrosses and makes patterns. Not much left on the tube now so the darker cardboard served as a good background. I had it out to make some hearts to give with Meals on Wheels lunches next week. My day to deliver is Valentine's Day.
