@barbtatum It was. I was the only one there, although the pond is surrounded by roads, so not quiet. There was a goose there when i first got there and it honked for awhile then went on it's way. I couldn't get close enough for a photo because there was a lot of boggy ground around the pond. Slippery and muddy - I found out.
