The 300-year-old Romanesque style Circular Congregational Church was the first domed building in North America. At one time, it could hold 2,000 worshippers on it's main floor. The church burned down in 1861, to be rebuilt 30 years later using bricks from the original structure. This perspective masks the circular architectural aspect of the structure but I liked the brick detail and the composition of this shot so I'm sharing it.
