The Dubai Frame

This is one of the top attractions in Dubai although we didn’t get to visit and I took this shot from the taxi on the way to the airport. While the frame was initially slated to be silver, the designers felt that didn't pack enough punch. It was changed to gold plating to more strongly reflect the sun and intensify its brightness.
