A&M live in Hedgweig - for a Harry Potter fan, this is a blessing as I can always remember the name of my tram stop. Across the street, down some steps and across the road from the apartment is the entrance to a beautiful wood with a stream and lots of paths to explore going left or right. So three times daily walks for the little guy are easy and a wonderful explore. (I skip the first, 6am is much too early for me!)
