Sometimes these critters just don't cooperate when you want them to. Couldn't get it to turn that lovely head :-) around for nothing. That head hardly ever comes up.
well he's concentrating on some insect delicacy I expect - doesn't want to be interrupted for a portrait! It's still a wonderful capture. i'd love to see something like this when I'm out and about
Fantastic capture! Oh man, would I love to see one of these characters in real-life. (The ones I see are always, hmmmm, 'road kill'. Not picture material. For me, anyway.)
