Found the Barred Owl again today and just had to get a few more shots. Just love the way those eyes are looking down at me. And I'm surprised that it doesn't seem to bother them to have someone tromping around down below. He did look like he was having a hard time keeping them open, as they would slowly close for a few seconds and then re-open. Looks best on black if you have the time.
