Walked out of the house this afternoon and saw this fellow sitting on the light pole, so had to run back inside and grab the camera. Started making shots as soon as I got back out, and then would try to get closer, make a shot, move closer, make a shot, etc until I got as close as I felt comfortable. And he just stayed in place for many shots. Then it saw something on the ground, and off it went.
@jgpittenger Thanks Jane, I went back and played with the shadows a bit and am not sure why I hadn't done that. It did lighten it up considerably and looked a lot better. Thanks for suggestion.
