Or at least it seemed to be that way most of the time. Every now and then, it would hear something and immediately turn that head and see what was going on. Did try a few of my noises, but that didn't seem to bother this one. Not sure if this is the mom from the nest that I've found or not, but think it may be.
I heard an owl outside my house the other night. First time for my yard. Wish I could spot him in the daylight so I could attempt a photo like the beautiful ones you capture of owls.
