Went down to my favorite spot this afternoon, and when I walked out on the pier, noticed a lot of turbulence in the water, and then realized that there were several manatee's. So I rushed on out there and started to get shots. They make it sort of hard to get good shots, as they only come up for air, about a minute or so. So you just have to be ready and shoot when they stick that nose out of the water. This one came way out, compared to what you normally see. Just to the right of this one, is the typical way they come up for air. It ended up, that there were seven of them out there, and there was what seemed to be some rough play at times. Was very interesting to watch them. Even tried a few videos, but have to work on them.
