Not sure what the pipe is for, but it's out in the middle of the pond. Maybe it's just there for the birds to land on. It is a fairly popular spot.
The storm is finally away from here. Been a long day, just waiting for that thing to get on past, even though is was minimal effects, it's just very tiring sitting around and waiting. But it has passed. Just couldn't get down for a sunset.
