Not sure what was going on tonight, but the pier had so many people on it, that I wasn't about to venture out on it. Seemed to be high school prom or something like that. All teenagers dressed to the max, and a lot of photographers doing there thing. So go this shot and run. Yeah, I know that vine is very bad, but just didn't have time to try to remove it.
