Normally the kids always want to be up on the top rail looking over, but this fellow almost climbed up, so his owner picked him up to let him look over the side. Looking through the rail was not good enough. Apparently, if anyone catches a fish, the owner has to just about tie the dog to a post to keep it from getting the fish. I've seen it, that dog can pull.
