Did manage to catch this one with the wings down. It was tough, as it kept opening and closing, so had to time it just right.

Lovely shot! I know your struggles! Last year I tried to capture a tiger swallowtail on a sunflower, and it seemed every time I would start to click the shutter, it would move, or fly away! LOL!
