Was looking for the owls today and and heard the Pileated Woodpeckers really screaming out. Then I saw this bird come swooping down like it was going after one of the woodpeckers. It landed and sat there for a couple of shots and flew off. It seemed to be a good bit larger than the hawks around here, so don't think it was one of them. And also, the legs of this one seem different than the usual hawks that I'm familiar with.
