Caught the Feral cat sitting out waiting for the feeding lady to come by. And it wasn't long, and she was there. The Feeding Lady. This lady comes by every day and feeds a large number of feral cats. Says she has been doing this for about 10 years and it cost her about 300 dollars a month to feed them. And I think that there is another couple that also feeds them in the morning, so these are some very well fed cats, to be all strays.
