Wasn't sure if this would turn out or not, as the eagle seemed to be a quarter of a mile up in the sky. Not sure exactly how far it was, but it was really high. Originally thought it was a vulture, until I zoomed in, and then realized that it was an eagle, so had to get several shots, as it was just floating around in circles.
How lucky that he stayed in that one spot so you could track him - my husband could always spot them by how they hold their wings - not me - I have to see that head. Great shot up high.
