Saw this guy on the trash receptacle and started watching him for a little bit. He would climb down into the barrel and return back up on the frame with a chip. One time he went down, I thought he got caught up in the bag, as there was a lot of noise going on down at the bottom of the receptacle. But up he came and then commenced to eat his chips.
