Not the Safest Place to be Diving Off of the Pier!
This kid was actually doing a backwards flip off of the top rail, the rail where the lady is leaning on and filming the dive. The water is only about waist deep right there, so you really had to hit it just right. And to top it off, this was his mom that was doing the filming. There was another friend with him, and he was doing the backwards flips also. Fortunately, this was the last dive for the day and they left, so no one was hurt.
