Drive By Shot!

Was driving out of the park and saw these guys floating around out there in the small pond so had to pull over and get a few shots. Not sure of the species, but sort of looked like the Hooded Merganser. Couldn't find another one that had that type of marking's.

Thought it was a Hooded Merganser, but the head coloring just didn't seem to fit that white cone that they have.
