Rolling Down the Sidewalk!

Saw this guy just rolling down the sidewalk. Not sure exactly what that thing is, but looks like it might be fun to roll around on.

So many new toys seem to be invented - it is hard to keep up. I have something similar, but you stand with feet either side of the wheel - wouldn't take it out in public!!
