Lol - I grew up on the Coast when everybody knew everybody else- when there were no highrise at Surfers - just some interesting shops, some motels on the beachfront, a fun beer garden and a great beach. It's so different now - a city on a beachfront that is still fabulous. But behind the beach the city is pretty ugly and garish- we rarely head over there! Thanks to all of you for your reactions.
