This is the Great Hall (also known as the lunch room), at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
Located in Bentonville, Arkansas, it is a museum of American art. The museum was founded by Alice Walton and designed by Moshe Safdie, who also designed the National Gallery of Canada, among other notable projects. This museum opened in 2011. It is free to the public. The architecture is really unusual and lovely. If you are in the neighborhood, it is well worth a visit.
10/1/2020: Finished year 7 (!), with continuing gratitude towards this amazing community. Based in St. Louis, MO. Regular worker-bee and self-taught photography dilettante....
I love the architectural elements in this and wonder how it would have looked in b&w. The lines are so strong, I would predict it will be an interesting image.
