Twirled

I took my shot of the Cathedral Dome from a few days ago and "twirled" it. This was quite the trend, a while ago, but I held off experimenting until I didn't have anything else to offer up. Today is such a day.

@taffy Photoshop, yes. Various filters etc. The instructions lay it out pretty clearly. It was a fun exercise, to see what some of these filters can do.
