This is one of the mischievous hens that keeps going walk about. As usual the hen was walking along Wood Lane and mingling with others in the grass. They are naughty but I like to see them and stop to have a chat with them.
Thanks for getting both my images on PP yesterday. You are really kind. At Camera Club last night, I entered my kingfisher shot and the stag calling his hareem. The judge said that people go to take shots that have been set up for them. I felt like saying this was NOT a set up and because I entered a projected image as I haven't worked out how to get prints done to the club and national specification which is why I didn't submit a print. The projector is so poor with colours although they do calibrate it and it looked pale in comparison with my photo that I printed on my little printer so he said that it was not the vibrant colours he would expect so gave it a 16/20. The stag did better at 17 so I am going to get some prints done and enter them next time as it really didn't do either shot justice really.
